Gen Süden erstreckt sich die sagenumwobene Punta Licosa, im Norden ragt das famose Castellabate stolz gen Himmel. Das schillernd blaue Meer des hiesigen Küstenabschnitts ist zum Greifen nah. Nur ca. 150 m sind es bis zu einer idyllischen Sandbucht. Die hübsche Piazzetta von San Marco ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die zentrale Lage sollte jedoch nicht der einzige Vorzug der Villa Milly bleiben.
Die Eigentümer, die in den frühen Nachkriegsjahren den ersten touristischen Impuls in San Marco setzten, haben all ihre Erfahrung in die Gestaltung des Hauses einfließen lassen und mit der Villa Milly einen komfortablen Rückzugsort für Paare, Familien, Freunde, einen Ort, an dem einfach jede Art von Urlaub möglich ist, erschaffen.

Auf einer Wohnfläche von ca. 80 qm wartet die Villa Milly mit einem Doppelschlafzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, zwei Bädern sowie einem ausgedehnten Wohn-/ Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile auf. Im Doppelschlafzimmer und im Flur des Hauses können Sie in den extra angefertigten Wandschränken Ihre Sachen verstauen.
Einzelne Möbelstücke, wie der massive Esstisch aus Echtholz und das dekorative Doppelbett, entstammen dem alten Familienbesitz und geben der Einrichtung eine ganz eigene, persönliche Note. In den kleineren Details der Inneneinrichtung wird die enge Verbundenheit des Hausherrn mit dem Meer und den Traditionen des Fischerdorfes San Marco offensichtlich.
Das Ferienhaus wird von zwei möblierten Terrassen flankiert, von denen Sie eine über die beiden nebeneinander liegenden Schlafzimmer betreten können. Am Morgen lassen sich hier die ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages genießen und das über der Küste thronende Castellabate bewundern. Die größere Terrasse erreichen Sie über den hell und luftig gestalteten Wohnbereich mit Kamin. Drinnen wie draußen finden Sie Platz für gemütliche Abendessen, zum Entspannen und Verweilen.

Wer seinen Urlaub gern ohne Auto verbringt, hat mit der Villa Milly das richtige Feriendomizil gefunden. Geschäfte, Alimentari, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig ca. 200 m entfernt. Auch die bestechend schönen Badestrände von San Marco liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für einen morgendlichen "tuffo" z.B., also einen Sprung ins Wasser, muss man nur etwa 150 m Fußweg zurücklegen.
Regelrecht idyllisch wird es auf den Weg zum ausgedehnten Pozzillo-Sandstrand, denn dorthin führt ein wunderschön angelegter Pfad, der unweit der Villa Milly beginnt. Zwischen Pinien, Kakteen und dem sanft rauschenden Meer lässt sich die Natur des Cilento bereits hier mit allen Sinnen genießen.

Da das Restaurant erst am Abend öffnet, haben Sie hier außerdem einen Logenplatz für den perfekten Sonnenuntergang.

The large, well-tended garden with cozy spots under tall pine and olive trees adds to the feel-good atmosphere at Villa Milly. It also offers access of the alley leading straight to the beach of San Marco. A bit off on the premises, hidden by trees and behind a small wall, lies the residence of the friendly, courteous owners.
HOLIDAY HOME VILLA MILLY
The ca. 80 m² of Villa Milly include a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet; shower/WC) and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen unit (incl. refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner gas stove, oven).
Fitted wardrobes in the double bedroom and in the hallway provide for enough storage room for what you have brought along.
Villa Milly also features SAT-TV, WiFi, safe, washing machine and air conditioning (extra charge). A children’s bed can be provided upon request.
Some pieces of furniture, for example the solid wooden dining table and the decorative double bed, have been family property for a very long time and provide for a special, individual touch. Some of the interior furnishing’s smaller details show how deeply attached the landlord is to the sea and the traditions of the fishing village of San Marco.
Villa Milly is flanked by two furnished terraces, one of which is accessible from the two bedrooms. In the morning, just step outside to enjoy the day’s first rays of sunlight and the view of Castellabate enthroned above the coast. The larger terrace is accessible from the bright, airy living area.
Inside as well as outside Villa Milly offers enough space for cozy evenings, leisurely get-togethers, for relaxing and idling. A grill and an outdoor shower are also at your disposal.

If you prefer 'car-free' holidays, Villa Milly might be the right accommodation for you. Stores, alimentari, restaurants and bars are a very short walk (ca. 200 m) off. San Marco's strikingly beautiful bathing beaches are also nearby. If you are in the mood for a morning "tuffo", a dive into the sea, you need only walk about 150 m to do so.
You might also take an idyllic walk to sandy Pozzillo beach along a beautifully laid-out path which starts near the holiday home. Between pine trees, cactuses and the gentle sounds of the sea, Cilento nature comes as a delight for all your senses.
OUR TIP: Book a table at Ristorante SU! The restaurant high above the piazzetta is open from June through September and offers a unique view across the rooftops of San Marco di Castellabate and the seemingly endless sea. As the restaurant does not open until the evening, it is also a prime seat for enjoying a perfect sunset.
Watch chef Gianfranco create light and 'simple' dishes of the Cilento cuisine. Homemade pasta is served with fresh fish or meat from the grill. Combined with exquisite olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh lemons, his recipes are pure poetry.
