It is only 6 km from the town of Pula, the largest and one of the oldest town on the Istrian peninsula, with the famous Roman amphitheater.
The house is in an ideal location as it is close to the town but still far enough away to provide peace and privacy for a perfect vacation.
Distance from the famous Medulin beaches is only a few kilometers.
This house is a semi-detached house, 110 m2 in size with a private fenced garden of 500 m2.
